The Romeo&Allegra rental conditions set forth in these sections are deemed accepted by the Customer once the order is confirmed (via email). Upon confirmation, a legally binding contract is established between us (the Customer and Romeo&Allegra).
Prices are those listed on our website or agreed upon via email. Prices are in Euros (€) and include all taxes.
The order is confirmed upon payment.
Romeo&Allegra will clean and sanitize all products before each rental and will return the equipment in good working order.
The equipment will be delivered and collected at the address agreed upon with the Customer.
Romeo&Allegra offers a delivery and collection service. Average delivery and collection prices for 20 kilometers are: 20 euros, for 21–30 km, 25 euros, for 31–40 km, 30 euros.

In the event of damage, the Customer must inform Romeo&Allegra immediately. Any late notification relieves Romeo&Allegra of liability.
Romeo&Allegra is not responsible for any damage to persons and/or property that may occur during the rental period due to breakages, malfunctions, and/or manufacturing defects, negligence, or improper use of the rented products by the Customer.
The equipment must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented, to the address and time agreed upon with Romeo&Allegra.
If these conditions are not met (dirty or damaged equipment), the Customer will be required to compensate Romeo&Allegra for the actual damage.
In the event of loss or theft, the Customer will be held directly responsible and will be required to compensate Romeo&Allegra for an amount equal to 50% of the product’s market value.
The Customer’s absence at the time of delivery of the products, up to 30 minutes after the agreed-upon time, will be considered a waiver by the Customer, and the product will be made available again for any use.
Once the rental period has begun, the contract cannot be terminated unless agreed upon between the Customer and Romeo&Allegra. In the event of cancellation 48 business work hours or less (Monday-Friday legal holidays escluded) before delivery, Romeo&Allegra couldn’t refund the rental price, before this period and till five days in advance cancellation will be possible with a refund of 50% of rental price, before this period (cancellation asked six days before or earlier) total amount could be completely refunded. Any refund would be issued after tax.
If the Customer decides to terminate the rental period early, the full amount will be charged. If the Customer requests an extension of the rental period, a new agreement will be stipulated.
The personal data provided by the Customer will be processed by Romeo&Allegra in compliance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003. The Customer declares having received this information, is responsible for the authenticity of the data provided, and consents to the processing of personal data to formalize the relationship between the Customer and Romeo&Allegra.
This Agreement is governed by Italian law. In the event of a dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction will be that of Rome, Italy.

By confirming your reservation, you agree to provide your personal data as requested by Romeo&Allegra as a guarantee for the rental product and for tax purposes as required by the Italian government.
However, Romeo&Allegra wishes to inform you that the data in its possession will never be transferred to third parties not mentioned herein.
